He smiled, his eyes glowing with an unreadable expression.
“To see how far a woman like you is willing to go.
” Divina stood still for a moment.
Who the hell was this man? Gabriel settled into the seat of the luxury car, keeping his gaze fixed on the Lagos city lights passing by outside the window.
He didn’t seem scared, nervous, or impressed, just observant.
Divina, sitting beside him, realized she was waiting for some kind of reaction from him.
